Helpful maintenance staff resolved issues quickly.

The smoke smell in my room was unbearable. I complained to the front desk, but they seemed indifferent. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our rest.

The location was not very comfortable to stay. The hallways smelled like smoke. The pool was green and they said it was broken but they still let people hang in there.

The rooms were a nice size and well-kept and had a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator.

The king room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the check-in process was hassle-free. It's amazing location near a variety of restaurants, perfect for foodies! Would definitely return for another relaxing experience!

Pool plans dashed unexpectedly

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast spread was good. Kids loved the idea of the pool, even if plans didn't go as hoped.

The cleanliness levels need serious attention!!! The hallways reek of foul odors, and the maintenance of facilities like air conditioning is sorely lacking!!! Improvements in room upkeep and overall environmental quality are essential!!!

Front desk staff were polite and helpful. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Our flight was delayed and we didn't get to this hotel until about 3:30am. We were so very tired. We called and told them of our late arrival. They held the rm for us.

The hotel is old and in great need of renovations. Our rm was musty smelling & not the cleanest especially for the price. We stayed in much nicer hotels on our trip for less money.

I loved how the kids enjoyed the pool while I relaxed in the shaded lounge area. The free breakfast each morning was a fantastic perk, especially the waffles! Just a heads-up, the room felt a bit outdated, but it didn't take away from our fun stay overall 😊
